This report states for every £1 spent by employers on mental health interventions they get £5 back in reduced absence, presenteeism and staff turnover. The same report asserts poor mental health costs UK employers up to £45 billion each year.

ISO 45003 is the first global standard on managing psychological health in the workplace. ISO 45003 has been designed, amongst other things, to improve recruitment and to help reduce workplace absence due to stress and anxiety.

Qi Gong and meditation are highly effective forms of stress relief and can alleviate psychosocial hazards affecting workers, such as burn out and depression.

Stress is omnipresent, but can feel more acute in the workplace. Meditation is the perfect pattern interrupt when stress takes over. It is accessible 24/7, before any meeting, before any phone call, before any presentation, whenever and wherever it is required.

Qi Gong can be described as Mindfulness in Motion. Offering Qi Gong in the workplace can improve both the physical and mental wellbeing of employees and colleagues.

Suzi led a 30 minute session, with a ten minute breathing meditation, with my team at the end of our away day. It’s fair to say that some were a little sceptical about meditation. However, the introduction (including the fact that Suzi explained she has worked in the corporate world) really put them at ease. And we all very much enjoyed the meditation. Her voice was calming and it was perfectly suited to beginners. All went away feeling relaxed, having put the day behind them which is exactly what I was looking for. Thoroughly recommend.
