I was thrilled to join East Coast FM this World Meditation Day. I was delighted to discuss the benefits of meditation for our physical and mental health. Meditation can reduce stress and improve our overall well being. Meditating does not need to be complicated; a short, consistent practice for a few minutes each day can be life changing.
